I am so thrilled to see you. I would like to introduce myself.
First off, my name is — not Bella  🙂
I am Chay, a virtual assistant from Manila, Philippines.
I have been in this business for more than 5 years now and now one of Upwork’s top rated freelancers.
I have worked with various clients, located in different parts of the world by providing  administrative, customer service, social media management, freelance writing, and Amazon services.
I am now managing my own virtual assistant business, The Virtual Bella, with an exclusive number of highly competent individuals, who are also committed in providing top of the line service and customer satisfaction.
I was a quality specialist for a leading telecommunications company for 3 years, and an international and corporate customer service associate for 2 years, before I decided to work home – based, full-time.
It was the best decision and I never looked back.
I am wife to an amazing man and a mother to 4 wonderful children.
Through this blog, I would like to share with you, my thoughts and experiences in my journey of achieving work – life balance in what I do, and also to create new friends and opportunities in the process.
